Request a birth certificate extract

Since civil registration became mandatory in Hungary in 1895, you can request a birth certificate extract (form) from this date directly at the Hungarian Embassy in Paris.

Catholic Archives of Historical Hungary

For archives prior to 1895, you will need to contact the parishes.
